Registration and Badging for IMTS
Domestic Visitors
If you are attending IMTS and registered with a US address before August 29, 2012 you should receive your badges in the mail. Most badges should ship within three to five business days after you register (beginning on July 12th). If you want to check on the status of your badge please call 508-743-8535 or email IMTS2012@xpressreg.net
If you registered after August 29, 2012 you should pick up your badges on-site at IMTS at Visitor Registration, which is located in every building of McCormick Place. Please bring your Registration Confirmation which was emailed to you after you registered.
International Visitors
If you attending IMTS and registered with an address from any other country except the United States before August 15, 2012 you should receive your badges in the mail. Most badges should ship within five to ten business days after you register (beginning on July 12th). If you want to check the status of your badge please call 508-743-8535 or email IMTS2012@xpressreg.net
If you registered after August 15, 2012 you should pick up your badges on-site at IMTS at Visitor Registration, which is located in every building of McCormick Place. Please bring your Registration Confirmation which was emailed to you after you registered.
